Agreement to terms
By using the Liebherr Appliance Repair website or scheduling a service appointment, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. Liebherr Appliance Repair is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with Liebherr-Hausgeräte GmbH.
Services provided
Liebherr Appliance Repair provides on-site and in-shop diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services for Liebherr household appliances, including refrigerators, bottom-freezer units, built-in refrigeration, freezers, BioFresh systems, NoFrost systems, IceMaker units, wine refrigerators, and Monolith columns. We serve the Miami, New York, Houston, Los Angeles, and San Diego metropolitan areas.
Service appointments and scheduling
Appointment requests submitted through our website or by phone are subject to technician availability. We will confirm your appointment window by phone or email. Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by prior service calls, parts availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
Diagnostic fee
A diagnostic fee applies to each service visit. This fee covers the technician’s travel, inspection of the appliance, and a detailed diagnosis of the problem. The diagnostic fee is disclosed at the time of booking and is non-refundable once the on-site visit has taken place, regardless of whether you proceed with the repair.
Estimates and authorization
After diagnosis, we provide a written or verbal estimate for the recommended repair, including parts and labor costs. No parts are ordered and no repair work begins until you authorize the estimate. If additional issues are discovered during the repair that were not included in the original estimate, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
Parts
We use genuine manufacturer parts sourced through authorized distribution channels. Part availability and lead times depend on the specific model and current supply. We will inform you of expected delivery times before you approve the estimate. Special-order parts are non-returnable once ordered on your behalf, unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as communicated at the time of service. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts and applicable interest or fees.
Workmanship warranty
Completed repairs are backed by a workmanship warranty. The specific duration, coverage, and exclusions of the warranty are provided with your estimate and on your service invoice. The warranty covers defects in the work performed by our technicians and does not extend to pre-existing conditions, subsequent damage, misuse, or unrelated component failures.
Manufacturer parts warranty
Parts installed during a repair may carry a separate manufacturer warranty. We will inform you of any applicable parts warranty at the time of service. Claims under a parts warranty are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Limitations of liability
Liebherr Appliance Repair is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions not caused by our repair
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, power surges, water damage, or unauthorized modifications
- Consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to food spoilage, property damage, or loss of use
- Delays caused by parts availability, shipping, or circumstances beyond our control
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific repair in question.
